Email and SMS campaigns for a drywall company
A drywall company's past customers are its cheapest source of winter work, and almost nobody texts them. Every homeowner you patched in the past two years has a popcorn ceiling, an unfinished basement or a garage to drywall, and already trusts your work. One text in early December, "we have January openings for popcorn removal and basement finishing at off-season pricing, text a photo if you've been thinking about it", gets a few percent to reply.
The year runs on four or five messages, not a weekly newsletter: the December winter text, a spring "nail pops and settling cracks" note for new-construction homeowners, a post-storm water damage reminder, and a quote follow-up sequence for everyone who got a range and went quiet.
